Getting to an appointment should be the easy part of the day. We are at 89 Hammersmith Grove, London W6 0NQ - in the heart of Hammersmith but tucked away from the noise of the main shopping streets, on a parade of independent shops. Under ten minutes on foot from the station, with off-street parking if you are driving.
Hammersmith station is less than a ten-minute walk away, and it is one of the better connected stations in west London.
Patients travel to us from Brook Green, Chiswick, Shepherd’s Bush, Fulham, Kensington, White City, Barnes, Acton and Ealing, and some come a good deal further than that - from across the south east and, for a few, from Europe. If you are weighing up whether the journey is worth it, read more about Dr Kyi and the team.

A lot of our younger patients come to us straight from lessons, so appointments can often be timed around the school day rather than pulling a child out of it.
If you have more than one child in treatment, we will do our best to book their appointments together so it is one trip rather than two.
There are off-street parking spaces available, which is not something you can say about much of Hammersmith. If you are driving for the first time, give us a call before you set off and we will talk you through exactly where to head for.

The practice is step-free from the front door, with a wheelchair accessible entrance, accessible seating and an accessible toilet. You will be welcomed by name, offered a drink, and shown where to sit - and if you have never been here before, we will send you a short video tour by WhatsApp the week before your appointment, so the place feels familiar before you have even walked in.
Not every appointment needs you to be in the building. Follow-up appointments with Laura, our treatment coordinator, are held over Zoom. If one parent cannot make a consultation, they can join remotely rather than miss it. And patients in treatment with Invisalign can be monitored between visits using Virtual Care.
Almost everything you will read on this website happens at Hammersmith Grove, which is our main home. We also have a second practice at 23 Harley Street, London W1G 9QN, in the middle of central London’s medical district. If Harley Street would be easier for you than Hammersmith, call us on 020 8222 8760 and we will tell you what we can offer you there.
